| We would love to have you join the Pico Ski Club! Follow the instructions below and send your applications as soon as possible. |

Download, print, and complete either a New Member Form or Membership Renewal Form.

For new members, a letter of reference from a current member is required for application. The member will be responsible for seeing that you understand and participate in the culture of the Pico Ski Club.

Mail both the application and the letter of reference to Martha Congdon at the
address below, to the attention of "Membership."

You will be notified upon acceptance to the club, at which time dues and initiation fee are due.
There is a one-time initiation fee of $50, and dues are $150 for the first family member and $40 for additional family members.
For example, a family of four pays $270.00 (plus $50 initiation). Family members are defined as applicant, spouse, and all children under 22 years of age.
